Reservation policy: To
confirm your reservation, you must remit advance rent payment of 50% rent + the
security deposit protection plan premium. You will have 15 days to return a
signed copy of your lease or your reservation will automatically be cancelled
without further notice. Your final payment is due thirty days prior to arrival.
This payment includes the balance of rent plus the Optional Travel Cancellation
Insurance premium (if selected) and all applicable taxes. Payment made be made
in the form of money order, certified or cashier’s check, or personal check
(personal checks cannot be accepted less than 30 days prior to arrival date).
Credit card (Visa or MasterCard) payments are also accepted (one-time
convenience fee of $35). All reservations made less than 30 days prior to the
arrival date must be paid in full within 3 business days. Payment must be made
in the form of a credit card payment, money order, certified or cashier’s
check.
Security Deposit Protection Plan Policy: Instead of tying up
several hundred dollars in a cash security deposit, we’ve included a Security
Deposit Protection Plan with each reservation. This plan will protect you in
the event of accidental loss or damage to the rental property that is not a
result of negligence or willful conduct by you or others in your party up to
$3,000 total. The plan does not negate your responsibilities as a tenant. You
must notify our office in writing of any damage or loss during your occupancy
and receive a written copy of your report prior to your checkout or this
coverage is void. Terms of this coverage will be mailed to you with your
reservation confirmation. The cost is $35.
Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be in writing; an
e-mail is acceptable. All monies paid, less a cancellation fee of $100 plus any
non-refundable fees, will be refunded ONLY if the unit is re-rented for the
same rate and time. Every effort will be made to re-rent the unit. If the unit
is not re-rented, you will not receive a refund, regardless of the reason for
cancellation. A travel cancellation protection plan is available and highly
recommended.
Switching dates and/or units policy: To avoid a $100 penalty,
all changes to a different unit and/or rental week must be made a minimum of 60
days prior to check-in.
Cleaning Fee Policy: The cleaning fee is included in the rates
for the weekly rentals. Monthly rentals will be assessed a $90 cleaning fee.
Rentals of 90 days or more will be assessed a $120 cleaning fee.
Taxes: City and State taxes not included in rental rates.
Credit Card Payments: Payments provided by a credit card will
be assessed a $35.00 convenience fee. The total charges must be paid on or
before check-in.
