For your family vacation this year consider staying in Unit 205 which has been completely renovated. Our unit is a conveniently located corner unit on the second floor with quick access to both the stairwell and elevators. The unit has been upgraded with a new kitchen, new appliances, and quartz countertops. Unit 205 has a newly renovated bathrooms, 3 new smart TV’s, (family room 60”/master bedroom 30” and guest bedroom 50”) new flooring, and new furniture. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest room has 2 new queen beds. Our unit has lawn chairs, boogey boards, umbrella, along with incredible views of the ocean. Enjoy the beach, boardwalk, fishing, surfing, and great nearby restaurants!

All rental units are fully furnished with living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with plenty of closet space, and two baths. Beautiful, expansive views of the oceanfront are available from the living room and the master bedroom, with a private balcony above the beach, just off the living room. All units are equipped with air conditioning, heat, TV with streaming capability. Laundry rooms are just outside your front door. All rental units are individually owned and decorated according to the tastes of the owner. A standard unit floor plan is shown to the right.
