Our unit is a conveniently located corner unit on the second floor with quick access to both the stairwell and elevators. The unit has been upgraded with a new kitchen, new appliances, and quartz countertops. Unit 205 has a newly renovated bathrooms, 3 new smart TV’s, (family room 60”/master bedroom 30” and guest bedroom 50”) new flooring, and new furniture. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest room has 2 new queen beds. Our unit has lawn chairs, boogey boards, umbrella, along with incredible views of the ocean. Enjoy the beach, boardwalk, fishing, surfing, and great nearby restaurants!

The kitchen includes granite countertops and is fully stocked with cookware and dishware, coffeemaker, and other small appliances, plus microwave, dishwasher, large-bowl sink and disposal. The serving bar is open to the dining space featuring a glass-top dining table that seats 4-6.

The Master Bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed accented with a beautiful starfish headboard and a private full bathroom. New full view sliding glass doors open out to the balcony. The guest bedroom is equally spacious with a queen-sized bed and two bunk beds, all with new memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding. A second full bath is adjacent. There are flat screens and plenty of closet/storage space in both bedrooms.

Your favorite spot will be the newly renovated outdoor balcony. Enjoy your favorite drink and an unbelievable view of one of the premier beaches on the Atlantic coast!
