We invite you to enjoy our renovated condo. Located on the top floor and an end unit, it has one of the most spectacular views of the beach, boardwalk, ocean, and the Northern End of Virginia Beach. The recent renovation includes a remodeled kitchen and two baths, all featuring Cambria quartz countertops, and new ceramic tile flooring throughout. The kitchen also features new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks: new Cuisinart cookware, microwave, small appliances, coffee pot and all the utensils you need. The dining room seats 6 for family meals. The new open floorplan leads to a spacious living room that provides spectacular views and a balcony with chairs and a table. The living room also features a 42in LED TV with DVD player. The master bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen TV, and the second bedroom contains a queen size bed, a bunkbed, and a flat screen TV. Cable TV in all three rooms includes HBO. All rental units are fully furnished with living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with plenty of closet space, and two baths. Beautiful, expansive views of the oceanfront are available from the living room and the master bedroom, with a private balcony above the beach, just off the living room. All units are equipped with air conditioning, heat, TV with streaming capability. Laundry rooms are just outside your front door.
